OUTREACH

Last September, 2007, we had a team from Washington State, led by Brian and Dana Cummins. Their outreach had a great impact in the villages. The team shown below was very busy with teaching in the vocational school, discipleship classes in the villages and mechanical repairs.

EYE CLINIC

The eye clinic is going extremely well. Each week the number of patients is increasing and what a joy it is to see the big smiles on the faces of the patients after they have received their eyeglasses. On the next page is a picture of King using the auto refractor to read the prescription of a patient.

Alabaster Project

Benton is shown entering new eyeglass prescriptions into the database. The system chooses a prescription for the patients based on the reading from the auto refractor.

We praise God for Dr. Jim Chamberlain, Phil Allen, ChristWalk Church and Jim and Jenny Headlee. He has given us the vision and means to build a separate building for the Eye Clinic in 2008. Thanks to all of you and may God continue to make His face to shine upon you and bless you with all heavenly blessings.

DENTAL CLINIC

The dental clinic is still doing very well. People are accepting Jesus as the way, the truth and the only life. From the beginning the dental clinic has been a tool that God has used to bring people into His kingdom.

Moses does a good job managing the dental clinic.

CHIEF COMES TO THE LORD

More and more village leaders (Chiefs) are coming to the Lord. Recently, the chief of Kochim Village has become a believer. Before the entire community, he professed Christ Jesus as Savior.
